How the Subscription Works

Angel Threads is a recurring monthly subscription that delivers an exclusive nurse-themed tee designed by Jess, along with coordinating accessories, directly to your door.

Each month's design is created exclusively for Angel Threads members and is available for a limited time.

What's Included

Each monthly subscription includes:

One exclusive premium Bella+Canvas nurse tee

One coordinating pair of earrings

Access to subscriber-only perks and promotions

Early access to select releases and special offers

Optional add-ons, such as coordinating pet accessories, may be available for an additional charge.

Billing

Your subscription is billed automatically using the payment method provided during checkout.

Your subscription will continue until canceled.

If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process payment again. Orders may be delayed until payment is successfully received.

Monthly Ordering & Shipping

New subscribers will receive the current month's featured design if they subscribe before the monthly ordering deadline.

Orders placed after the monthly cutoff may begin with the following month's design.

Monthly shipment dates may vary slightly depending on production schedules, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships, when available.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your customer account.

You can:

Update your shipping address

Update your payment method

Cancel your subscription

Update your contact information

Please make any account changes before your next billing date to ensure they apply to your upcoming order.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be received before your next recurring billing date to avoid being charged for the next month's subscription.

Once an order has been processed for production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Your subscription will remain active through any already-paid subscription period.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each subscription item is produced specifically for our members, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Size Changes

Need a different size?

We're happy to update your preferred size for future shipments.

Please submit any size changes before the monthly ordering deadline. Once production begins, size changes cannot be made for that month's order.

Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your first order.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current.

Angel Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Limited-Edition Designs

One of the best parts of Angel Threads is receiving exclusive monthly artwork.

Most subscription designs are produced for a limited time and may not be available for purchase after the monthly ordering period ends.

As an Angel Threads subscriber, you may receive exclusive benefits throughout the year, including:

Subscriber-only discounts

Early access to select collections

Sneak peeks of upcoming designs

Special promotions and surprises

Subscriber benefits may change or be updated at any time.

Changes to the Subscription

From time to time, we may update pricing, included items, shipping schedules, or other aspects of the subscription.

Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers before taking effect.
